No where else to go

For the past few years I've been dealing with depression caused by my family. I'm not able to go seek out help in person because I lack the courage and also I'm a minor and so things would get a bit complicated especially since my main problem is caused by my family. My family doesn't take mental health seriously and when told to take me to professional help they ignore it and instead mock me for it. I've been trying my hardest to move on and continue living but yesterday was a fatal blow for me. My parents had gotten upset with me being upset and decided to verbally tell me off. To sum up what was said: they basically tried to make themselves out to be a victim and guilt me into feeling bad about my own feelings; then to top it off when I made it clear to them that what they were doing wasn't okay with me I was told in return that it doesnt matter what i think because i mean nothing to anybody and am worthless. At some point it was even brought up how they want me to either leave the house or put up with it all. I'm 16 years old with low income relatives and friends who have their own problems and can't manage having another child around. From how i see it I'm stuck. This matter has been so hard on me that I cannot even focus on my schoolwork anymore. If any of you have advice on what I should do I'd very much appreciate it.

@Honely

I'm sorry to hear about what you've been through.

Based on your post, there's no workaround with the family situation yet. So let's skip over the things we can't control and move on to the things that we can. You have full control over your perception. You have the power to discard anything that is not good for you or even turn them into something useful.

Reality is, there will always be people that will try to cast you in a bad light. In your case, it's your own family.
But don't let that get under your skin. Instead, use that as a fuel to do great things that you're meant to do.
Yes, it will be hard. You just have to trust yourself and stick with it. Overcoming this problem will make you stronger mentally and emotionally. So if you think about it, it's a win for you.

If you have access to audiobooks, I recommend "Can't Hurt Me by David Goggins". This is a true story about a boy who was physically, mentally and emotionally abused by his father at home. At, school, he was bullied and threatened because of his dark skin. He was depressed and overweight. He flunked at school. But in the end, he decided to beat all the odds and he became an elite Navy Seal.

TLDR: Don't let others define who you are. There's an unlimited potential inside of you that only you can control.
