I have a GF but I rarely ever go out at all and when I go out Im always searching for an escape route to go home and lay in bed.

@GWN1993

Hi GWN,

Good for you for posting on here, this is my first reply to a post, I haven't been brave enough to start a post of my own yet!

I'm sorry you're feeling so bad. I'm just recovering from a nervous breakdown that I had at the beginning of the year and I know how awful it can be. I also had a lot of stress at work and it really took away a lot of my energy that I would have rather have used to do fun things and have a life.

If you're having a really difficult day at work that you feel like you can't escape from, it makes sense that when you're at home you just want to rest and hide for a while, because you're exhausted, especially if you have medical issues you're dealing with too.

Although of course that can just make it worse because you feel isolated and alone and don't do as many fun things... and it's just a vicious cycle.

Well I guess I just wanted to say that you're not the only one, and I hope that we both get help on here.
