Psychsosis makes me depressed and crazy

I habe psychosis symptoms and dellusions and empty mind a lot it scares me. I sometimes have very violent dellusions and fantasies as my mind lost conscious i have image and dellusions of being a bad guy in real life its ego dynostic for my real character before this happened.
