Really Depressed over this girl

So I'm new here and sorry if this kind of thing doesn't fit in this category

anyway I am a 15 year old boyand at the start of the year I was admitted to anadolescantpsych ward for my Severe Contamination OCD and also my attempt of Suicide, anyway while I was there I stayed In my roomalotand only left when I HAD too, so while I was there for a monthy I briefly met some people but there was this one girl who really stood out to me and as soon as I noticed her my mood regarding depression changed and I felt some kind of connection to this girl despite the fact that we hadnt even chatted at all, so time went on and I was eventually discharged unfortuantly due to my severe anxiety I really only said a few words to her here and there but nothing to ever start a convo and well anyway now I'm sitting on my computer listening to depressing music thinking about how beautiful she was and how I really miss her and wish that I'd gotten closer..

anyway I know this whole situation is silly but she was just to beautiful to forget :( unfortuanly I have no way of contacting her in anyway and I'm 100% sure that the hospital wouldnt tell me anything about her so im really in a big pit of depression :( any advice would be great.

When i was in treatment for 3 months, i fell in love with a girl named Claire. many adults told me that it was a bad idea to pursue her, to giveher my attentio

**attention. i didnt understand why until i got hurt. You see i poured so much emotion to her, i focused in her before i focused on making myself happy and healthy. I was depressed, bipolar, suicidal. she was bipolar and coming off of hard drugs. When we focus on others we forget to focus on ourselves which is the most important thing to do. you must grow and be able to take care of yourself and be happy on your own before you try to provide happiness for others. So must the other person. If this doesnt make sense it eventually will. There are many beautiful girls, maybe you will run into her again one day. But it's best you continue to work on yourself otherwise relationships can easily drag you down

Yeah I guess you're right, I should fix myself before I pursue a girl I fancy, but I at the moment am feeling alright I guess, its just not seeing her and a few other things that are troubling me :(

yes! we sort of datedbut it was horrible because we were both mentally unstable. she went back to drugs, played mind games, cheated etc. i was only supposed to be in treatment for a month but then i got caught up with her and it got in the way of my personal growth. we were happier saying goodbye and going our own way.
