I feel even worst getting banned from my account. Its like they dontwant me to seek help or they just dont want to help me. U guys are practically all i have. Idk what to do. I got banned at night when my depression starts which makes everything so much worst. Im starting to go crazy again. Plsthis post is the only way i could communicate to other people for help. I need u guys...

I wanted an anonymous chat site like this. Not like any other hotlines because i know they have the power to track me down in case of emergency and i dont want that even though i am suicidal. Without this site helping me, i honestly dont know what to do but actually kill myself. I got reported for asking help because i was suicidal.

If you were suicidal, we ask that you take some time off in order to reach out to a hotline or resource that is trained for handling these types of situations.7cups is a non-crisis website and we refer listeners and members out because we don't get trained to handle crisis situations. If you want to talk about your situations, it is also recommended that you go to the member side and sign on as a member or guest to maintain boundaries.

Please log out of your listener account. You will be able to connect with a listener as a guest by either requesting a chat with a listener or going into the general queue.
If you are currently feeling suicidal, please go to www.suicide.org to find the appropriate hotline for your area as they will be able to help you better than listeners on 7cups will.
U dont understand. Im on my iphone using safari and it gives me an error whenever i try to connect with a listener. Idk why maybe its a bug or something but it just wont let me
Hi @Eonkid ? I'm sorry you're having so much difficulty. Here's an idea: you could try downloading an alternative browser app on your phone, like "Mercury" browser, that allows you to emulate different types of browsers (the "user agent" option). You can try connecting as a guest on 7 Cups that way, and keep switching "user agent" types until hopefully you can connect, if you cannot immediately. It's a tad technical, but I hope this helps.
