Relapsing
I've been dealing with depression for almost 3 years and been around 6 months on meds. I had therapy weekly for ~6 months until I was discharged and last week my dosage for SSRIs was lowered. I was learning how to cope while I was in therapy and did pretty well for a while, lately (before meds were lowered) my situation as far as family hasn't been the best (you can read on it in the Family Stress forum under "I guess I'm just never enough") and things just keep getting worse and worse. I've cried myself to sleep for the past 3 nights, I'm back to sleeping 12 hours straight when I can and I'm exhausted regardless. Thoughts of suicide and self harm are a daily thing again and my grades have severely dropped. The situation in my house is far from helpful and I can't afford therapy anymore. I'm sure I'd be having crying spells if it wasn't for the fact that I cry for hours at night so I'm just drained the next day. My concentration is being severely affected and I have psychosomatic aches again. I just don't know how to handle this since I'm back at the point where I dread getting home so much I try to find as much stuff as possible just to delay getting into this now toxic environment. I'm a minor so I have A LOT of restrictions as far as my possibilities and I just don't know what to do. How do I voice the fact that I'm relapsing? Should I even say something?
