Rough night

rough night just hit me out of nowhere. It's been happening a lot lately. I just feel so alone and unappreciated; nothing's fun or exciting, and I feel so useless. What's the point?

I know how you feel

I'm really sorry you feel that way, but I promise you that with time everything gets better! Stay strong, and maybe in the meantime find something that takes your mind off of things? Maybe listen to music, draw, sleep, talk, shower, etc. Whatever helps you feel calm :)

@Tiikeri101, I'm sorry to hear that. It's hard laying wide awake in darkness, only with our sore thoughts in mind, feeling stuck in time lapse. If you don't mind, I'd like to share with you some things which help me get through the nights:

☞ Listening to chill music on 8tracks.

ASMR video to help you relax and fall asleep.

☞ Reading a book, because as Neil Gaiman said:

But the magic of escapist fiction … is that it can actually offer you a genuine escape from a bad place and, in the process of escaping, it can furnish you with armor, with knowledge, with weapons, with tools you can take back into your life to help make it better… Its a real escape — and when you come back, you come back better-armed than when you left.

☞ Discovering wonders of the universe.

☞ Drinking peppermint tea.

☞ Solving a sudoku puzzle.

☞ Playing a game, e.g. Okame or Little wheel or Bells.

I hope your troubles with sleep soon go away, and you will dream the nicest things, as you deserve to. Take care!
