Something strange

Hello,

In time, talking to many people I identified one thing about an aspect of a type of depression.

Even though we seem to have no apparent reason for chronic depression (say we have a fulfilled life with children, friends, love, career, a decent standard of living that many others lack etc.) yet we feel constantly that something is missing.

Yet we constantly search for something that we do not what we are searching for but we feel unfulfilled and it is not lack ofadrenaline or adventure because I met people from these categories and some of them fek just as unfulfilled and in search of something unknown...

What is happening? Why aren't we allowed to be content amd at peace we what we have, what are we searching for that none of us know?

This is a big unknown for therapists and researchers to try to answer and find out...

This feeling of unfilfillment, of restlessnes searching for something unknown is consuming and disheartening...something is missing, something is lacking...

Feel free to write if you feel the same.

@floreral67 what can we crave more than love, more than health, friendship, fun, money, career, beauty etc.

What can crave that is so powerful than all of the above and that we know nothing about and makes us restless and unfulfilled? What? Why this doom on our heads?...never to find peace, always lacking smth we do not know what we crave for?

Very strange and tormenting...
