I’m tired. Not the sleeping tired but the tired that makes u feel hopeless like you have nobody. I’m 16 years old and I’m struggling with so many things. From my parents constantly yelling at me, to my grades etc.. I just don’t know what to do anymore. Im just so tired of nobody seeing anything good in me anymore it’s like people just choose to point out the negative things about me and maybe that’s all I am. I just don’t see a point in living anymore. I try so hard but nobody seems to notice me trying but instead they shove negative things in my face and I don’t even fight back anymore Bc I’m just so drained. I can’t get to a therapist Bc my parents can’t afford it so I have no help. My parents don’t want me to see a therapist either. My mom and dad constantly yell and scream at me and then the next second my mom wants me to hug her and “accept” her love but it just makes me sick.. I can’t bring myself to hug someone who just sat and screamed in my face for hours. I just can’t anymore. Everything is becoming worse. My days feel like they’re repeating and I’m beginning to not eat. I’m slowly losing myself and there’s nothing I can do to help it. I’m so hopeless. I don’t see a purpose. I’m struggling.

You’re so young, wait until you can do things on your own and you will have more freedom and options to choose how your life goes, including listening to your mom screaming at you, and seeing a therapist. I hope things get better until then. Hugs

I know that struggling with depression is never an easy thing although reaching out and getting help and talking about it and help
