Struggling with lashing out.

Over the last couple of weeks Ive noticed that as the days go on I get a bit more depressed. I have a habit of pulling away and isolating myself when this happens. Ive had friends get mad at me for isolating myself and saying that I only want to be a friend on my time. Honestly I just think I deal with it better alone… Sometimes. Maybe thats not the best idea because sometimes people dont notice that Im feeling more down than usual.

lately its been brought to my attention that Ive been more sassy than I normally am. I think that maybe it has something to do with me lashing out because I dont know how to manage my depression. Ive been arguing with friends and being more aggressive than usual and I dont know how to fix it or stop it. So Im kind of here for advice because I kind of hate my personality lately.

@LightbulbThoughts

People need to respect your wishes when you want time alone. Some people heal better when they deal with their problems by themselves. People should understand this. If they don't, emphasise this point to them ❤ Please don't feel bad or punish yourself for wanting to get better. I hope you're getting on OK 😊
