Hello there!

I deleted the form's link that you posted because it asks for people's email address and that is not allowed.

Hi! Our team made a research of mood traking apps and this information could be useful for you too - apps for mood tracking

I've been using mood tracking apps for about a year now, and they genuinely help me notice patterns I'd otherwise miss - like how poor sleep affects my mood two days later, not just the next morning. What surprised me most was how this kind of self-monitoring overlaps with what's happening in workplace wellness tech. I work adjacent to the automation space, and companies offering rpa automation services are starting to integrate mood and burnout signals into HR dashboards. Happy to share more if it helps your research!

@friendlyJet8800 Also worth mentioning — the data consistency that mood apps provide is exactly what makes them valuable for automation pipelines. A lot of rpa automation services now pull from wellness APIs to flag early burnout indicators before they escalate. Would love to see your findings once the research is done!
