Hi there, I'm sorry to hear you feel in such a bad place at the moment. Unfortunately, the vast majority of people on this site aren't trained (and even those who are, I'm unsure whether they are allowed to take part) in crisis intervention. However, if you can identify any specific issues which you feel might be worsening your situation, you may find support here for those things (eg. depression, self harm, addiction, loneliness, identity etc.). If you do however feel you may put yourself in any danger at all (or even if you just feel the need to talk specifically about your suicidal thoughts/feelings) then I urge you to contact a hotline as soon as possible. You can find hotlines here, and if you're not comfortable talking on the phone, there are also a few online 1-1 chatlines. The only international one I'm aware of can be found here.

I'm so sorry you feel this way. I was in the exact same boat last year. I finally had a complete breakdown and was admitted. While I don't exactly recommend that route, it is what I needed.

Do you have anyone outside of your household you can talk to? Even if it's not professional help, a patient, listening ear is always a godsend.

I feel for you. I really do. But it does get better, I promise. But I don't want to make this about me or my woes. The first step you've already done by reaching out on here. And you are awesome for doing that.
