Surgery in two weeks making me upset and scared
Hi everyone. I am having surgery in two weeks and its making me upset and scared. The surgery is to remove nasal pileups and they are going to put me to sleep. :'( My mom, dad, and brother will be there when I go into surgery. What can I do to prepare for the surgery? I cried when my nose doc told me I had to have surgery. I am nervous. Please pray for me. Thanks.
@starwarsgirl90 I read your post and wanted to give you some words of encouragement. I can imagine how scared and anxious you must be for it to be over and done with. Please rest assured that your family (as you mentioned) will be there for you. You asked for prayer and I noticed that your prayers have already been answered. You have a loving and supportive family who will be there for you and nurse you back to health. You're so lucky because not everyone has a loving and supportive family. There so many orphans and dysfunctional families so you're 10 steps ahead of the game. Some people can't even afford to pay for surgery so your prayers have already been answered. Gratitude always helps us see that things are not so bad after all.
