Tired all the time, I cant move
Can Mental illnesses cause psychical fatigue to the point of not capable to live a normal life, to the point when you can't move?
I gave up work one month ago and decided to take an unlimited holiday because I thought I‘m burned out and I need along rest, but after one month nothing change Im still getting worse. I am at a point in my life when the only thing I can do is sleep, watch Netflix and social media. Thats it, anything else makes me so tired and drained physically.
I don't feel like I'm human anyone. I feel like I'm slowly dying. I dont even have the energy to talk or communicate with anyone not because I don't want to but because I'm so tired.
I feel so angry because the only thing I did today was get dressed and hanged out with my friends for 3 hours, thats it! But my body right now aches so much and I feel so tired as if I ran a marathon.
I didnt get diagnosed for any mental illness because I didn't go and see a psychiatrist, I suspect that I may have depression but I can't say that I have it, but I also know that Im not okay for a very long time now and need to see a psychiatrist asap but I cant right now for so many reasons.
I searched the internet and I saw that depression may come with fatigue and what Im dealing with looks like depression fatigue so I wanted to check if anyone who suffers from depression or any other mental illness feels the same way.
Do you have any advice for me, I started to lose hope and I literally feel like a burden.
Are you referring to having chronic fatigue syndrome, or your symptoms are from the depression itself? It's so confusing. I feel completely numb and tired all the time, but I don't have any body aches or pain, so I don't think I have chronic fatigue syndrome. I'm leaning towards some or all of what I feel is due to my medication, but I've been told it's from my depression. Lol. Really confusing.
