Trapped in a sinners flesh and mind

I dont know how to talk to people very well. I lie a lot and cant seem to be able to tell the difference between my own lies. I dont have many friends. I grew up secluded never learning how to interact socially with anyone. I grew up in the country. I am a sinner in so many ways and it eats me alive. I need help.

hurt pain crash me to the ground
throw me into the walls
leaving me bleeding and bruised
this is nothing new been down this road
to many times .
darkness covers me won't let me loose
maybe this is where i belong just let the shadows
take me over
