@traumathicccc It sounds like the dream caused you to feel quite overwhelmed with feelings of suicide. I care about you and want you to get the support you deserve and need. That would be someone that is trained in being able help people who are suicidal... please contact relevant hotline number from suicide.org.

I hope you understand I had to delete your reply and edit some of content in first post to avoid triggering others. I hope you get the support you need and deserve ASAP.

@traumathicccc hey there, sorry to hear you had such a vivid dream. It must feel so frustrating to remember the details. It may take some time for you to forget this, but time heals. Sometimes dreams are reflections of our subconscious mind , so try to think if any of these details in dream have passed your mind before, that may help you realize the roots of this nightmare. Also i would suggest to have happy thoughts before you sleep , watch something funny and then try to sleep. Hope you are feeling better. Stay strong. Take care.

@traumathicccc I'm so sorry you had such a bad dream. That can be so intense and just not make any sense! Can't they? Like fluffyunicorn said I hope you can get some immediate professional support for your suicidal thoughts. There are hotlines. Please find a way to reach out to get help. Also rememebr that dreams aren't reality so they aren't predictor of behaviors you will do but I know they can be scary and could be bringing up things from your past that are upsetting. Just know you aren't alone and that like fluffy said-there are people who care and support you here.

@traumathicccc I have had several traumatic dreams that have sent me into a panic, and theyve always been clearly related to my struggles at that current moment in time. My advice would be to, even though its horrible to think about, youre going to think about it anyway, to just analyze it and pick it apart. Act like a psychologist or something. Break it down to facts and causes and effects, make it into nothing more than it is, a dream. Then when you have broken it down and disected it it will be so meaningless it wont take hold of you anymore. And youll hopefully understand some meaning that was contained within the dream. This is what i've done to cope with the effects of an anxiety dream. Hope it helps
