@SISAFLOR I think the best action would be talking to your doctor/therapist (whoever gives your prescriptions) about the side effects you're having, and your interest in finding something that suits you, whether it's traditional medicine or alternative options. These are things important to discuss with someone who has a good amount of knowledge in relation to how things can impact your body and to help monitor any effects, because I would agree that it can sometimes be a bit dangerous to try to treat it yourself and switch/stop medications without consulting a professional.

I think it's normal for it to take a while to find the right treatment that works for you -- because every person is different and there isn't a one-size-fits-all approach. What matters is giving it an honest try, being patient, and talking to your doctor about negative side effects and what you can do about them

@SISAFLOR

i wonder if it would help if you to took a DNA test for medications. That way you and your Dr can see which medications you will metabolize best and which ones you wont. That way you arent just trying different ones and waiting to feel better.

I would like to know if anyone has tried Deplin methylfolate supplement and if you have had any side effects from it.
