University and depression
I was kicked out of my flat at uni by my friends a few months ago due to a meltdown I had and they could not deal with someone with depression and I still feel angery about it but I want to let go but dont know how Im worried Ill see them again around uni and tell giving me lots of anxiety and making my OCD thoughts a lot worse . I feel like self harming. Im living at home now and Im glad I am as I feel better for it. Any advice would be very appreciated, thank you

That must have been really tough and upsetting to deal with, being kicked out of your flat especially after clearly going through something which caused you to have a meltdown :o Was there something in particular that caused it? Have you thought about ways in which you could cope better if a similar thing happened again in the future? :o It's understandable that you would feel angry after them kicking you out of your flat, that doesn't seem like a very supportive thing to do, have you tried to talk to them about how they made you feel when they kicked you out?
