Wedding Photos
My mom has decided she wants to replace all the old photos with new ones- predominantly of my sister/her wedding.
And it feels petty but it's annoying that all my childhood photos are getting replaced by my sister at her wedding.
I'm happy for her and I love her but reminders in every room of the house that my sister is happy and married and successful, while I'm...not just hurts.
Mans I can't say a damn thing because how do you say please don't put photos of your daughter up because they make me fee bad?

Someone told me that rejoycing in other people finding love can make jealousy fade and leave me more open to spotting opportunities or recognising when someone shows interest because it replaces negativity mode of thinking with a positive thought which can become habit and can also make me seem more attractive to others. So far I think it's been working. It can feel like more of a challenge at times when the person who seems to be having success does something to annoy or tries to rub a face in it though. Hope nobody is doing that to you on purpose.

That sounds like it is really hard to deal with :( I am sorry you have to go through this. I had a similar problem ( I was more like your mother I believe) where I wanted to take down photos of the people I loved who had passed. It was really hard for me because they were sad reminders to me. I didn't realize how I could be interfering with others emotions at first until my brother asked me to keep a few because he didn't want everything to change. I hope your mother (like Coin mentioned) is not trying to rub it in your face, but rather is looking to rejoice in her child's happiness. I hope she can see like I did that sometimes what I want, might not be the best for everyone. Good luck hon!
