What to do?

I am definately getting depressed. At work, I can't fix computers because they (the other IT department people) have changed the password system and I can't do anything on them. Most of my friends there have distanced themselves from me, there is hardly anyone I can talk to.

At "home" (now my girlfriend's house) I am trying to deal with her depression and anger. All caused by her insomnia, but since I am the only other person there, I get most of the effects.

I am not sure what I can do to elevate my depression to just feeling bad. My GF and I just took a two-week vacation, which was beautiful and included camping and a lot of hiking to even more beautiful places, but she was angry at me the whole time, no matter what I did. If I talked, I said the wrong thing, if I stayed silent I got yelled at, if I did anything else it was wrong in her eyes. By the end, I was afraid to do anything.

I was depressed for most of my life, starting in junior high school until I was in my 40's. I found things I could do that would help, but they either aren't available or don't help now.

If it weren't for my disabled friend (whom I take shopping every weekend) and my daughter (still living at home in my house) I would seriously think about suicide, but that would leave a lot of people very unhappy. I can't make my GF happy, I can't really do my job at work, I have almost no friends. What is the point of living?

@Offmytrack I kind of understand what you are going through right now, I know it's hard to think about these types of things and I know it's difficult to live on even if it's pulling you back. I might be young, but I've been through what you've been, not in the same way, but similar. I always thought of doing It, but never did, because I'd make my real friends sad. We've been together for more than half our lives. I know it's hard to not think about It, but think about what would happen to your friends and family if you did it. I reccomend you talk to a counselor or therapist about your situation with your girl-friend. I hope I helped a little, if not it's okay. I just want you to know that you are not alone. Take care and try to Stay safe.

Thank you, @HappyLily291125 She is doing much better (emotionally, she was just in a car accident) and work is going better, so I am doing better as well.
