Why can't I look after myself? What's wrong with me?

So a bit about me to begin with.

I have type-1 diabetes,

EPI (Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency),

Bladder retention (This is recent, but I have to wear a catheter full time)

and also mental health issues, (depression, anxiety)

I have to inject myself multiple times a day, 3 injections of Novorapid for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, and also correction doses if and when I need them, I also inject Tresiba in the mornings.

I have to take multiple vitamins, Vitamin D, Folic Acid. Vitamin D, three times a day, and Folic acid once a day. I also have to take 2 antidepressants in the morning, and one at night.

I have to take enzymes for my EPI, everything I eat I have to take them, including snacks and drinks.

I don't seem to manage it though, I always forget pills and injections, What's wrong with me? Why can't I look after myself and take my medication as prescribed? I don't know if its my depression that's causing it, or if im just stupid. Can someone help?
