Your not in it alone
Yeah well I have been told that so many times and the big problem is, is that no one really know how you feel.
Your pain is valid and no one should compare. Everyone has something but everyone is individual and suffering is individual and just as important as anyone elses , 7cups is a safe place to share.
@MichaelYeager as far as my experience goes, while the symptoms are shared between all of us, everybody handles them differently. I guess that's what makes mental health so complicated. But trying to understand each other can go a long way. Even people who do not suffer from mental health problems can try to understand and help you through it. Though, trying to putting what you feel into words others can understand is another can of worms. So, if you wish to explain what and how something makes you feel horrible then I am here to listen
@nightlyforest Yeah I understand. The onething i hate to hear is when people say that their sibling is annoying. I also hate when people say " I know how you feel". The truth is you don't know how they feel everything is different for everyone. Like I lost my 10 year old Brother 10 months ago and a lot of people said i know how that feels, and i just look at them like no you don't, because you still have your sibling and now I don't.
