I've had anxiety for the past few years but for the past year i've been really depressed. I'm always thinking that everybody hates me and thinks i'm boring, stupid or weird. I feel stupid and worthless all the time. I feel like theres nothing good in me and i can't do anything right. I feel theres no point in me living because of how useless i am. I feel so lonely. I just start crying out of nowhere for no reason and then i become tired and just listen to music. I cry myself to sleep and sometime i just wake up in the middle of the night and start crying. I feel empty and recently i can't really cry only a few tears come out. I get tired easily and for the past few months even taking the shower makes me feel as if i'm doing some really exhausting task. I don't even like talking to my friends anymore. I can't stay like this anymore. I'm just better off dead. I do self harm and i get suicidal thoughts. I have attempted to kill myself twice before and i feel like killing myself this month. I've began to daydream a lot so i forget the negative thoughts but once i stop (usually at night) it all hits me again. The thing is during the middle of the day when i'm with my friends or someone to talk to i'm not sad and i can still laugh at jokes and make them. Also my eating habits havnt been affected. Please help me

@moon811 yes this is the very first stage of depression, basically depression is mental health fitness this is all about thought or tension if you think there are any medicines and you take sleeping spins than this is your misunderstanding, change your environment go out the workplace or the place where you don't think. i have a thesis project is on depression nursing essays help uk

they define depression very well! they said depression is common mental disorders only done by taking tension or thinking something a lot, don't mix feeling down and tired with dipression
