im having a really hard time with depression. ive been in such a dark place for so long and it keeps getting worse. i don't know what to do or where to go. i've tried the support chat rooms but i get ignored. i don't know how long i can keep fighting this. i have to hid it every day from my parents and my coworkers. i don't have any friends. everyone i thought was a friend has bashed me or stabbed me in the back. it seems like i cant trust anyone and i don't know where to go. i don't want to fight this anymore. please help me.

Somebody cares for you. Somebody in this world would hate it it you went and may even become depressed themselves. If you think yourself as a nobody, remember that nobodys perfect. Just stay and try to get on with life for a while, and something good will happen. Talking about it always makes things better.

When I've been in the throes of a major depression, just getting out of bed and being alive is harder than the hardest thing I've ever done while not-depressed. It's the most difficult thing I can imagine, and I can see why you're overwhelmed. I think it would be good to share what you're going through with your parents or a doctor or trusted person in your life. Write them a letter. Tell them with the lights turned off if it helps. Just get it out there. Your depression isn't go away by itself, and it's probably not going to get any easier until you start talking about it.
