i cant take meds

i feel like theyre changing me and my personality. im afraid to take any kinds of depression or anxiety or adhd meds and it makes everything so much worse. but taking them makes me extremely uncomfortable and paranoid.

I get it. I've dealt with bad side effects myself. I'm very sensitive to meds as much as I should be on them. I choose to deal with myself instead of meds. I really wish there was a way to see which meds best fit for each person who needs it since everyone is different.
