very depressed
Ive been dealing with a lot lately... I would love to have some support bc I cant deal with all this on my own
I know people say this all the time but it will get better. It will take time and love though. Everyone here is willing to help too.

I was assaulted when I was 14. Dealing with flashbacks and mightmares has been awful. I'm up most nights in panic mode because I'm afraid to sleep.

I haven't told my family what I'm going thru. I afraid of how'd they react. I act happy when I'm around them, but I'm pretty miserable most of the time.
