Hey community, I am reaching out to you after a severe panic attack I had. My mental health has been going downhill for months and this is becoming more noticeable among people surrounding me. I live in a society where mental illness is stigmatized. Around a year ago I left my home country for an amazing college abroad opportunity, yet a year later I feel everything has changed. Some friends started ghosting me for no reason even though I try really hard to keep the conversation open. I am feeling lonely and suicidal because of the accumulation of many problems that I put aside for a long time. I feel like everything is backfiring at me. I am very desperate, and I consider myself dangerous to myself and others. What do I do?
