So I just went through a breakup and thats all fine and dandy. I dont feel depressed over it but whats really getting me is the fact that we talked all day everyday. Now I dont have that and I cant stand how lonely it is. I have insomnia and these nights get unbelievably lonely. Ill talk to everyone and anyone. Im usually not very sociable but I cant do it anymore. I dont like feeling this lonely.

I understand how you feel, the sudden change can be quite overwhelming and can make you feel very lonely especially at night-time. Overthinking is tough to handle. Do you have anyone to share this with? Our community is always here if you need to talk. It is important to feel supported. You're not alone and things will get better. Stay strong <3

@CaptainCrunch42 Breakups are not easy to deal with, and it's very easy to feel lonely. What has helped me when I feel lonely is prayer, like actually having a conversation with God. Tell him how you feel, I guarantee you will feel so much better. He wants us to confide in him, especially if we are having trouble. Imaagine all of the power he has to have created everything around us, and he uses that power to ease our anxiety.

There's also other practical steps you can take like volunteering or picking up a hobby to do when you're alone and want something to do. You have the strength to get through this heart

@CaptainCrunch42 I'm sorry you're dealing with this breakup, it's never an easy thing. What helps me when I'm feeling lonely is prayer, like actually having a conversation with God. He is always listening, and wants us to tell him when we're stressed or alone. Think about all the power he has; He created everything around us with that power, and he wants to use that power to ease our anxiety.

There are also the more practical steps like volunteering or picking up a hobby to do in your spare time. I'm confident that you have the strength to get through this! heart
