I feel like something is wrong with me?

It's hard to put into words, but I'll do the best I can. For as long as I can remember, I've always had a problem with dating. I feel like something is wrong with me. I always am myself, which is what is seen as "a good guy", respectful, nice, caring, etc. It just feels like no matter who I talk to, there's interest in me right away, but it just disappears. My biggest fear is dying alone, and I feel like that every day. I feel like I don't have anyone to talk to. I just have a deep pain inside me because of it.
