It’s not about sexual intimacy. I just miss having someone by my side when I sleep. Someone leaning on me while watching tv, or at the movies. Some to hold hands with. Someone to cuddle with. Someone to hug and kiss. Someone I can playfully smack their butt with. Someone to tickle. Someone to trade massages with.

I know! Being lonely sucks. I was lonely most of my youth and it screwed me up. Now Im afraid to be lonely.

Me too some days. And I have been married 25 years. We just aren't all that intimate anymore.
Finding a way to be comfortable with yourself as a companion is sometimes just really hard. Sending strength and peace. @1in8billion
