I am aware that I need help but I'm too afraid to ask and I can't bring the courage to tell them how I feel, I'm not sure what I'm afraid of I just am.

@HLAlone Yeah I have a hard time asking for help too. :( Usually I'm afraid of being a burden or a downer or something. I am trying to make baby steps to tell close friends/family, even through text or messenger. It's hard though.
