Hey everyone. So lately I've been wondering how to cope with treatment resistant depression when standard CBT and antidepressants aren't working. Any ideas?

Well done for coping at all tbh.

It depends where you live. Some things that have recently been shown to be very useful in this case are illegal still in many countries.
