Depression???

Am I considered depressed when I don't want to talk to people and just stay alone always?

No. Wanting space and privacy is not necessarily due to Depression.

@shane0488 It could be a lot of things, to be honest. It could be depression, or it could be that you're extremely introverted, or that you're socially awkward, etc etc. It's never wise to self diagnose. If this concerns you a lot, then perhaps going to a professional therapist and talking about it might help!

Not really, sometimes I like my own space to breathe and do my own things. Its always good to take time to yourself which is also known as "self-care". It does not mean that you're depressed as it is a normal thing to do when you're around people alot.
