Depression triggers

Just curious, I know we're all different here with our own histories but has anyone been able to zero in on their depression triggers? Like I know I'm not the only one that could be having a great day then out of no where just be gloomy.

@fairmindedTalker1988 this week I want to go over the triggers business in therapy. I sometimes was feeling I can't be bothered to look into them as it always seems an accumulation of things but also it's so long since I had a good day that at moment it may be unclear to me as I'm still in relapse at moment.

I'm still debating this triggers thing myself.

I noticed that when this episie escalated and I had to stop work a colleague asked me what triggered it and I somehow felt very hurt and did not see the value in knowing that in that moment as all was tumbling down.

As years have gone by for me it seems more likely to me that it is mostly lurking there and I'd be feeling it at low intensity even while I'm supposed to be 'well'. So that any small things can be blamed for when it hits me heavily.

Hope you find more helpful responses here 🙄
