I feel like i have depression or/and social anxiety, im alone,i have no friends cause i feel stupid if i say something or i feel people will ignore me,im either in my room all the time or ill do something stupid like get intoxicated with boys who just use me. I feel like i need help but i have major issues talking,i stutter alot and dont make much sense especially when talking seriously about how i feel inside. How am i going to ever get help when im too scared to go to a doctor and even if i did i wouldnt be able to explain how i feel,i have not one single family member or friend who i can talk to.i dont know what to do,im losing hope that ill ever feel okay

Hello friend. It's natural if you have anxiety about going to get help from a doctor. I found the idea of getting help and talking about my experiences really scary. I put it off for years before I reached the breaking point. Even then I almost bolted from the waiting room. In the end it was a lot easier. I just told her I'd been feeling depressed and she guided me through the rest. There are many options available to suit you, such as exercise, therapy and medication. Finding something that works for you is really beneficial, you deserve happiness and to be the best self you can be. When ever I got anxiety about moving forward I always remind myself: "It's okay to seek support and help, and I am capable of taking control of my life."

To echo what @rosie2015 has said - the hardest part about getting help, I feel, is the first step. Once you've taken the first step, and are in front of a doctor or therapist, it does get easier! It won't be a simple process, but you'll be so glad that you do it! And remember, listeners are always here to help you out along the way as well when you need to top up on some support and love!
