How do I tell my family I’m depressed?

I’ve been wondering the same thing all day……. For weeks infact

@inventiveBeach5499 it's gonna be hard cause you probably feel like your gonna hurt them by telling them. But people are more aware of mental health issues theese days, so just tell them. Be brave they might surprise you with love and support ❤ it's best to tell them now, cause otherwise it's gonna play in your mind and make your depression worse.
