I hate to say it but I'm not the most stable person and I think I need some help so I've finally come back to 7 cups today. In reality this should be good for me to wanna acknowledge and help myself but I always have internal fears I'm over playing my problems and I dont "deserve" or need any help. Again i know it's probably just my head but i can't be the only one who thinks this yeah?
How do other people on here stay motivated to keep coming back or feel ok enough to even reach out when your at your breaking point-
genuinely, i wanna try to come back and support myself but i also know i might change my mind tmr and delete it, sorry if this is weird it's my first thread post thingy !!!

your emotions are valid! no matter how big or small your problems. for me my motivation to stay on here is to better myself. when at my breaking points it is tough to talk to people, so other services or coping methods may be required. however when I am more clear minded I'll chat to somebody and reflect on those low moments. I just want to say people go to therapy because they feel off, or had a bad day. I doubt you're overplaying anything! everybody deserves help and I hope you give yourself that chance to get some external support. I understand being quick to change your mind also- impusivity and strong emotions get the best of everyone. it's more a willpower thing. give it time and trust. sorry for such a long response, hope you can feel better soon!

Hello @Satanickatt ! First congratulations for reaching out today! I cannot fully understand another human's feelings but I suffer from validation doubts too. I look at my doubts such way that, I never learned to manage my emotions. Every human is different and not everyone's feelings are properly validated. I make peace with it thinking that I am taking charge of my emotions by being curious about it. I try to feel all my feelings and communicate with proper, caring and empathetic people.

I am going the therapy so my therapist is my biggest support system. I also try different apps like this 7 cups, woebot, minddoc etc. I anonymously chat over NAMI, 7 cups warmline and comment over discussion forums.

I am learning to be protective about myself since I am still vulnerable about mental health issues. Not everyone understands it and it is okay to protect myself at this moment. I am still figuring out proper support system and coping mechanisms. Some days it is bad but it is what it is.

I often feel that way. I have gotten overwhelmed by just one person replying a post I wrote. It was a nice reply. I just felt strange about it and left for a while. I found that if I come back and just just read what others write, in time I feel more comfortable writing too. Do what feels right for you.
