How to deal with depression when you are poor?
I'm from a country where getting mental help doesn't exist unless you're very rich, and the government doesn't provide anything, and they give a crap about it. I don't have money and recently I've been feeling so down and wanting to die, life doesn't make sense, I don't have any passion, I suck at everything I try!!!! I have even been thinking about end my life, since doesn't make sense and maybe other people who is dying and wants to live, coule have my organs and maybe live and go back to their life.
I can emphasize with this a lot... I'm also poor in first world sense. And in the world the rich are getting richer. And the poor and middle class are just increasing in percentage of the population.. but there is always hope. I think other here wrote really good things to you. I just wanted to show how I emphasize.
I just try to keep it positive, I work out a lot, keep a gratitude journal, meditate and talk a lot with my friends :)
