If you didn't have depression, what would you do?!
I would do more things with friends and family, making wonderful memories!
What about you? Let me know!
Wishing you a happy weekend! *huggles*
When I'm having a depression "episode" (not sure what to call it), I have very little motivation or energy. I will start an online course to learn more stuff, but once I'm depressed, I can't finish it, and it usually stays unfinished. So, if I no longer had depression, I would spend a lot of time taking online courses, reading, doing homework, and doing productive important stuff.
Be kind. Unlrash my full potential and not let anything get to my head. I would support people and do more volunteer work for those in need.
I would love to do more of those things too. @AaronT5

Maybe the time will come!
Right now doing it in little bits when I can works. I think often when we add it up we are doing more than we think. @AaronT5

I'm sure we'll all get what we dream of having one day! With hard work and determination; anything is possible. Thank you for sharing!

@blossombreathe i feel like id go out regardless, rather than only goingo out on the days i feel good. although i have improved this alot this year
I would rejoice in my friendships, make more of an effort to reach out to my friends and connect with them face-to-face, and enjoy building the new friendships I've begun.
I would tackle the task of finding a job as a challenge to find something where I could use the experience I gained on my last job, instead of settling for yet another entry-level job in a field I have no interest in.
I would start working in earnest on my art projects, actually creating the self-published works I've been putting off for years since my depression began.
@Faramir
I'm trying to heal enough to be able to do those things too...especially that last one.
If I didn't have depression,
Just to feel a drop of freedom is rare for my spirit and body, my mind would be at ease and body would be free. If I didn't have depression, would I enjoy high school? Will my confidence be flaring up, succeed everything after another? If didnt have depression, time will always be along side me, doing the same cycle like every other human being, sleep and eat. Poop, and pee. But what I would actually be doing is, being outside in my tent, a fire blazing and listening to the trees swaying with the wind. But I do that even when I am depressed, it is my medicine being with mother earth and what I'll be doing is craddling a beautiful specimen, a cat who would look up at me, eyes large with life and filled with happiness. TV is boring, useless entertainment and was made for one thing, to make us all ignorant, sad and blind. Everything around our environment is commercial advertisement , people expect you to look like one and if not, you are nothing. I wouldn't be doing what every other being would be doing, to continue following everyone like mindless cattle and it just seems not normal. If didn't have depression, my past wouldn't have happened, the things that have happened to me wouldn't have ever existed, I would be "normal" I would be stupid, a fool and will not have no idea what the world is really like. I know what the world is like due from past experiences, that made me depressed and human. The world is beautiful.
I'd be able to fight for my life. Would be a dream come true, really.
I would do my "hobbies" again.
Live
If I didn't have depression, I would be able to fall asleep at night. I wouldn't pull all nighters every other day or a couple days each week. I would be doing a lot better in school, and I'd be able to complete my assignments on time. Also, I could follow through on my diet for once and finally lose the weight that I gained at the start of my depression. My life would be so much easier to cope with if I could just get rid of my depression.
@BrokenShadow Me too. Although, I am pretty happy with my weight, and I love food so, diet wouldn't work for me.
