Is this depression?
I've been withdrawing myself from my friends just because I hate how I look physically. The lockdowns made it easier for me to do it but now that they've been easing on the restrictions, I'm starting to feel anxious. I couldn't meet up with friends because they love to take photos (#ootd) everytime we meet and I'm just uncomfortable with my body. Even at work, I don't feel confident dealing with clients because I feel too conscious. It's been affecting my self esteem and my social skills (or lack of it). I just want to stay home and be alone most of the time. I started exercising and been on meal plans for 2 months now but still nothing's happening, not even a single pound lost, making me more frustrated. Sometimes I cry just because I couldn't change or accept how I am.

I'm sorry that you are frustrated with the way you see yourself, i understand you. i really don't blame you it's all because of the society, we all want to look perfect and we'll try to be perfect to other people.
i know, it sounds cliche but, you should try to love yourself, if you feel that you hate yourself, figure out why other people like you.
Remember that you are beautifully and wonderfully made! and being beautiful comes from within. understand that every single person is the definition of beauty and no one is completely perfect in this world.
you are beautiful! don't deprive yourself of the love and acceptance you deserve, wishing you good luck.
