I know of the coping methods I could do. But honestly it doesn't make me feel better. I just lay in bed a lot bc I don't want to do anything . Eventually I'll get up , get something to eat then shift to the other side of the bed to watch Netflix. I know it's not great spending a lot of time in bed. But I just don't want to hang with people, I don't have energy and don't want others to see me as a depressed blob. I can't seem to make myself care. It's been harder to push myself to workout. My depression came back again and im just so tired of Trying .

I'm sorry to hear that you're struggling with depression and that the coping methods you've tried haven't been effective. It can be really hard to find the motivation to do things when you're feeling this way. It's important to remember that it's okay to take things at your own pace and to focus on self-care, even if that means spending some time in bed.

That being said, it might be helpful to explore different coping methods or to seek additional support. Have you considered talking to a therapist or counsellor? They can help you work through your depression and develop personalized coping strategies that work for you.
