Ever since me and my ex broke up 3 weeks ago after being together for a year and a half, i just cant stop wondering what i did wrong.

@Ed7810 of course I don't know all of the details, but sometimes you don't have to do anything wrong. There are some relationships where one person outgrows the other, or just doesn't feel a spark anymore. Try to focus on what you did right and search for someone who values what you have to give.
