Im trying to keep myself busy, but I dont have any hobbies or skills. Nothing sounds good because I dont want to be terrible at things because Ive struggled with everything for as long as I can remember even though I would work very hard. I just cant do it anymore. Any suggestions? I need something to do that I enjoy, but I dont enjoy anything. Ive been reading a lot online and even taking quizzes- nothing sounds good or they are things Im terrible at. Ive been at a really low place for sometime now and Im so tired....

For a while I was always trying new things, yoga, dance, circus, drawing, violin, climbing, art buisness, websites, animation, etc... Now I'm sorta stuck in that definition of myself. I'm suposed to be good cause I have all this experience. I'm feeling down cause some absolute begginers are better then me.

@TarBear08 I understand how you feel, honestly I do. I'm still having trouble figuring out what I'm good at and what I love to do. But something that doesn't take skill is listening to music. I'm constantly listening to music and, with the right music, it helps me feel some sort of peace. Or, if it's an upbeat song, I get really wild and sing and dance with it. It helps me empty my brain from the destructive thoughts that seem to consume it. So just plug in a pare of headphones, earbuds, or just turn up the volume and listen to music. If sitting in your room still brings back thoughts and memories then go outside. Sometimes I run/jog listening to music. Other times I ride my bike around and let go of my thoughts. It really does help me, but I understand if music isn't for everyone. I hope this helps!

@TarBear08 try something new, I started origami and I love it, I'm really artistic, but never best at anything, I also like painting, I started replicating cute paintings from Pinterest or Instagram, on watercolors, I'm not that good at it but making something I thought I couldn't, gives me the sense of achievement, even if I'm not really good, we all have to start somewhere

Only 2 options if I can have when I'm not good at anything, have no skills or talents:
1. Give up, being super lazy.
2. Improve by keep learning to have skills and be good in anythings.

+ since skills can be acquired.
+ being good can be trained by experience things.

* Talent cannot be acquired, it is gifted from born, each person have it but the problem was, we often not know what it is so it must be seek and then trained !!

@TarBear08 Im trying to keep myself busy, but I dont have any hobbies or skills. ->SAME crying at first.. well, you need to know and find your passion, focus on 1 things and keep doing it, if there is a case you are feel boring or too much, take a break and then back again enjoy your passion, I will be very surprise if you said work very hard but you still have time to trying to make yourself busy..
Well, if you are not good at anything, that means you need to learn more, study more and more things to do to acquired knowledge, you shouldn't even have time to slacking off and feels time goes super fast if you did it..
Hobby is somethings you can like and make you less stress when you do it, work also can be a hobby, if you still not know yourself, better go to psychology to ask their about yourself and then check the suggestions they give for you...

Nothing sounds good because I dont want to be terrible at things because Ive struggled with everything for as long as I can remember even though I would work very hard.->SAMEcrying at first... well, I think that is normal, all is struggling at some point but if you took it too long and nothing is change even a bit then that means you are not learning anything from what you do or what mistake you make, you need to learn and having knowledge..

I just cant do it anymore. Any suggestions? I need something to do that I enjoy, but I dont enjoy anything.->Because you there is too much on your mind while you are trying to hard to know how to enjoy it, keep it simple or you are not yet find your passion or you are just being lazy..

Ive been reading a lot online and even taking quizzes- nothing sounds good or they are things Im terrible at.->Go to a Real psychologist, not online, you need psychologist that can meet you in person not in online.
Ive been at a really low place for sometime now and Im so tired.... ->same at some point, now I need to rest yes too tired, but maybe later...

Try things that you would never expect yourself to do and you might surprise yourself. I used to absolutely despise working out because my ex-boyfriend became a certified personal trainer, forced me to get a gym membership, and pressured me into doing workouts that my body was physically not capable of. It was so difficult and so hard for me to even take a step into any gym. One day my mom dragged me to a new gym this past summer just to check it out and see if I could get back into the swing of things. I was also going through another breakup and I was almost inspired to show him what he was missing out on. I ended up going and starting a membership because I loved it so much.

there are so many different scenarios that you could feel insecure or unsure about, but the best thing you can do is step out of your comfort zone. I saw a post today that said "if you don't go after what you want, you will never have it; if you don't ask, the answer will always be no; if you don't step forward, you will remain in the same place."

best of luck to you with whatever situation you may be going through. you WILL find something that makes you happy. everyone blooms at different times. just be patient and kind to yourself and it will reciprocate eventually. <3
