What happens during depression?
This is honestly my first time ever feeling depressed and it’s a whole new world of feeling low and sadness. I’m kind of scared and afraid that this will never end. I’ve dealt with people being depressed before and they always say that they’ve been depressed their whole life and it terrifies me that this will never end :(
It's tough dealing with depression. And I understand how this is scaring you because you don't know what to expect. You want to make sure that you don't become depressed like the rest of the people around you. I understand that you want to be happy.
I understand how you feel. I think I may have been having problems for the last 3 yrs but I have been coping enough to keep getting through. Right now I feel so overwhelmed that I joined this group cause I honestly don’t know what else to do
