@marw35 I do get depersonalized sometimes. But it usually lasts for a day or two and goes away by itself.

Yep. Mine has pretty much been a constant since the beginning of December, with some days it not being so much. I'm just riding the rollercoaster and hoping that it goes away.

I suffer from Dissociative Identity Disorder. So it's very frequent for me. I was thinking about starting a thread for it, after my internship is done.

It only happened to me once when my depression and stress was at its absolute worst. It lasted, I dunno coulda been a couple minutes but felt like hours. Wasn't watching the time. I just remember wandering around the city I was in aimlessly, and everything feeling weird and kind of dream like. I remember wondering if other people could tell. Luckily, that's the only time its happened that bad. Other episodes have been super minor.

@marw35

I am diagnosed with borderline personality disorder, for me the feeling of disconect might be the worsrt symptom. I would also like to have a support system, and talk to others that feel this way. I hope things aren't too bad for you right now
best wishes, much love
