Hi,

I have been on cipralex  for more than 3 years now.. I feel better when i take medicines.. In between i tried quiting but in vain.. I know this is more damaging than curing..
Now I am about to get married and have no Erection .. I am devastated..
When i raised this to my doctor.. He advised me to quit Cipralex... he than gave me trazonil Calcirol sache, & zyleno forte..

However i again started having mood swings..
on this he has asked me to take cipralex
I dont know what to do.. have responsibility of a full family .. I can't share this with any of my family members...
I have symptoms like fear of enclosed space.. I am scared to go to washroom as I get scared.. I than run for an open area.. while taking bath I get scared like hell..
I am highly irritated these days.. I just scream..shout as if I have no control on my mind..
The things are bad in morning and then aftersunset..
How long will it take for reversal of side efffects of cipralex..?

would ayurveda or homeopathy help..?

Hey, man. There're a lot of things to do to actually deal with this problem. And you should obstinately follow them.
- Do a lot of cardiovascular exercises
- Do men's Kegel exercises
- Eat Healthy food. Draw up a fixed diet plan
- Do not drink alcohol and don't smoke cigarettes
-Avoid any negative emotions
-Find a way to get a lot of adrenaline And consider some testosterone enhancements. This one is a good example of natural one https://hammer-thor.com/ If you do all this stubbornly in half-year you'll gain your erection back

You can try some testosterone booster supplements to eleveate hormone levels.

Due to the availability of D-aspartic acid, boosters promotes luteinizing hormone production which, in its turn, directly participates in testosterone production.

Vitamin D can raise free testosterone levels and, at the same time, it hinders the process of testosterone conversion into estrogen. Fenugreek helps keep T levels normal.

And zinc is also irreplaceable for men who want to cope with low T. Lack of zinc in the daily diet can cause testosterone deficiency. So, the supplement offers a multi-faceted approach for overcoming testosterone deficiency naturally and avoiding such a problem in the future.

Psychological conditions affect your potention a lot and really connected with it. So, basicaly, you have to figure out whats going on with you and whats your problem actually is. And it's goes without sayning that you see a therapist, it's a must been having done thing.

But as for me, aurogra ( https://pillrankings.com/aurogra-review-must-try-form-sildenafil/ ) works well.

Hi! How are you doing? If ED is caused by depression, I think the first thing you should do is to eliminate the reason, that is to overcome depression. Of course, you can Buy Viagra Online and it will work for you, but it won't make your body healthier. I'd start with managing your lifestyle. Do sports, drink more water, avoid smoking, alcohol and junk food. Also, it is important to think about your emotional condition. I know that yoga and meditation can help. And you can find a new interesting hobby that can take your mind off bad thoughts. Hopefully, this info will be useful for you and you will be fine soon.
