How can I go to a mental hospital/therapist

I used to go but my family took me out and I talked to both of my parents and I havent been to the therapist since... and my dad goes not me??

@diligentChestnut2432 - Hi. There are some therapists that you can see online, like here on 7 Cups. Otherwise you can go to your doctor and they should be able to help you with a referral.
