Reasons To Stay Alive Project!
Hiya lovelies! :3 
The Reasons to Stay Alive project is aimed to provide a sense of hope to people who may be struggling or even just need a pick-me-up after a tough day. Over the past few months, I have been collating reasons to stay alive! Seen as there are limitless reasons why not to end your life, this presentation will be updated in the future. 
The whole point of me creating this in the first place was because I was having a tough time and found it a great, positive distraction from negative thoughts. Also, with the release of the new Netflix series, Thirteen Reasons Why I thought about how people experiencing suicidal thoughts feel alone and need something to keep them going. Some hotlines are useful but do not always provide us with the answers we need.

Very good list for people who aren't so low energy they've stopped being able to enjoy most of the things on the list. Once it's at that point it's more about making sure people know that things can only get better if they do stick around to see it happen. "If you're going through hell, keep going." Winston Churchill Stopping where you are in the middle of hell to give up won't get you through it. (Taking breaks and self-care are part of the keep going.)
