I m having Wierd dream it increase day by day it leads me to depression daily i feel in low mood and having a pain my heart that i cant understand mood swings overly help me out

Hi @bargavi, i also had disturbing dreams, but remember that they are just dreams, just like thoughts. Don’t let things you can’t control affect your life. I will pray for you so those dreams go away!
