Hope is coming, winter isn't forever

As someone with depression that gets way worse during the winter, we are nearing spring and summer. Its no longer a winter month, its March. I think even if its still cold this can give a bit of hope. Remind yourself that winter is ending and we are coming into a season of hope 🙏
